Bank of America: Preferred Rewards

For the introduction of Bank of America’s Preferred Rewards Program we canvased branches with high impact, promotional messaging about the program highlighting its rewards and benefits. We built interest through different media in the branch, disrupted the customer routine, and demonstrated how Preferred Rewards offers tangible benefits. Our messaging clearly communicated the program in a compelling way and drove engagement with customers. Below is one of the customer-facing marketing videos that was created as part of the larger Preferred Rewards campaign.
