I'm Eric — a product designer based in the Greater NYC area. I design product experiences that make complex systems easier to understand, navigate, and trust. I'm experienced in regulated domains, delivering solutions that meet regulatory realities operating on the B2B and B2B2C business model. I’ve spent the past 5 years helping SaaS healthcare and health-tech organizations design iOS and Android applications, and web portals, that turn friction-heavy workflows into trusted, scalable user experiences. I cover discovery through delivery while working closely with engineering for developer ready execution, and ensuring user experiences meet WCAG standards for real-world development.

Most recently, I was the Senior Product Designer at Rip Road covering end-to-end design for their medical mobile app platform on iOS & Android that helps patients start, manage, and stay on complex injectable therapies. 

Before Rip Road, I was the Senior Product Designer at Health Recovery Solutions leading design for their remote patient monitoring platform on tablet and mobile, iOS & Android, that actively monitors more than 450,000 patients and is used by over 400 hospitals and health systems across the US.
